आपने अपने विचारों को बहुत ही अच्छे तरीके से व्यक्त किया है

आपके विचारों के समर्थन में मैं सभी सदस्यों को कुछ तथ्य बताना चाहता हूँ 

मैंने ११.०२.२००५ को सचिव पद से त्याग पत्र दिया तथा १३.०२.२००५ को श्री विपिन कुमार को सारा सामान दे दिया. उसके उपरांत भी मेरे ऊपर श्री विपिन कुमार बार बार यह इल्जाम लगते है की मैंने समिति के रेकॉर्ड्स चोरी कर लिए हैं

समिति के सदस्यों के समक्ष मैं सचिव से प्राप्त की हुई रसीद वह सचिव के इलज़ामात रखना चाहतां हूँ जो की संलग्न हैं ताकि वह खुद फैसला कर सकें की क्या हमें ऐसे सचिव की ज़रुरत है जी हमी पर इल्जाम लगाए.

भाई यह तो यह बात हो गई की हमारी बिल्ली और हमें ही मयौवं.

You seem to be initiating a transparent and honest process whereby it is ensured that the Society tries to run on democratic principles.  You have consistently maintained that the past deeds should be buried. However, you have been carrying the legacy of the past in the form of the secretary whose  

 

1.      Credentials are dubious

2.      Integrity is questioned

3.      Loyalty is to a handful of individuals who have been the pivotal in the manipulation of  all the recently concluded (disputed) election proceedings of the managing committee .

4.      Agility to sign any paper any time on behalf of the handful, is demsontrated by the kind of correpspondence he put his hands to, which he is incompetent to write, develop and make others and himself understand. (“Neem hakim Khatere Jaan” Neem Mulla Khatere Imaan” ).

5.      Acts of losing/misplacing the members’ Register a very vital and legal record in the life of the society and other documents are proved and demonstrated. This further establishes his indifferent and lakadaisical approach ( In case this happens to be  a deliberate act then we bring other members of th society into question).

6.      Salary and expenses are borne by us and we pay him to damage our own interest.

 

 You could keep a different person who does not carry the legacy of the past and  is new and neutral.
